NPN Receives National Endowment for the Arts Art Works Grant
July 2, 2020 • < 1 minute read
Earlier this month, the National Endowment for the Arts announced its second round of fiscal year 2020 funding, which included an Art Works award for $60,000 to NPN. NPN’s “Connecting Communities” project supports new artistic work that fosters engagement between individuals, institutions, and communities rooted in reciprocity and exchange. By deepening the community-based practices in our commissioning, presenting, and convening programs, this project ensures urban and rural communities throughout the United States have greater capacity for civic engagement, self-determination, representation, and joy.
