Making your Flight Arrangements
Please plan to arrive on Thursday afternoon. An optional VAN art tour is scheduled for 2:30pm, and you certainly don’t want to miss the VAN Exhibition Opening Reception on Thursday evening. All Annual Meeting activities are finished by Sunday, so plan to depart on Monday morning. Of course, we think it’s a good idea for you to come a little early and stay a little longer!
Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) is the closest airport; drive time between the hotel and the airport is about 20-30 minutes.
Getting To and From the Airport:
The Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport offers a convenient airport to hotel shuttle service, available on a continuous basis from 3:30AM through 2AM. After you have retrieved your luggage, proceed to one of the Airport Shuttle ticket desks, located across from baggage claim areas 1, 5, 9, 11 and 12. Shuttles depart the airport every 30 minutes.
