Thank you for attending our 2017 Annual Conference in San Francisco! See you next year in Pittsburgh:

2018 NPN/VAN Annual Conference
December 13-16, 2018
Westin Convention Center, Pittsburgh

All are welcome, and registration opens this spring. For updates, join our newsletter at and follow us on social media.

The Official AC SAN FRANCISCO hotel is the Parc 55 San Francisco

Parc 55 San Francisco

55 Cyril Magnin Street
San Francisco, CA 94102
(451) 392-8000

The Parc 55 Hotel is conveniently located in downtown San Francisco. It’s minutes away from great restaurants, shopping, and the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts—where Live & On Stage will be presented. The Powell Street BART station, across the street from the hotel, provides easy transportation to the city and the East Bay.

Rooms are available at the special NPN/VAN rate of $159+ (single or double).

We recommend you arrive on Thursday December 14th in time for awesome activities that begin at 5pm. And don’t plan to leave until the morning of December 18; we want you to come dance with us at the African American Art & Culture Complex for the closing party on Sunday night!

*Invited national performing and visual artists will be assisted by NPN/VAN’s conference team to make their hotel reservations. For more info:

The San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is the closest and most accessible airport to downtown San Francisco, but you can also check fares through Oakland Airport (OAK)—it might take a bit longer and cost a bit more to get from Oak to the city.

  • Travel time: 30-45 minutes from San Francisco International Airport (SFO) to Parc 55 Hotel
  • Cabs: average fare about $48+ each way
  • Ride-shares: average fare about $30+ each way
  • Shuttles: about $17+ each way
  • BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) cost $8.95 each way, and takes about 30 minutes; your closest stop is Powell Street station, and it’s across the street from the hotel (download the free Easy BART app for great info; you’ll likely use BART again through the weekend).
