Curators must be staff from member organizations in one of the PAP’s participating networks, i.e. NPN or La RED (Network of Cultural Promoters of Latin American and the Caribbean). The curators travel to the others’ regions to see live performances, usually at festivals. Currently, Performing Americas curators travel twice a year, i.e. U.S. curators take two trips to Latin America and the Caribbean, and La RED curators take two trips to the United States. To learn more about what it means to be a curator, see the FAQ page for NPN’s International Program.
