Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements.
NPN Partners who are not attending NPAC will be reimbursed for the cost of half a hotel room for 1 night.
HOTEL INFORMATION
NPN has a conference rate of $183 (including tax) per night for single and double rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn, which is located one block from the Convention Center. NPN subsidizes the cost of half a hotel room per night (up to 3 nights). Call and tell them your block code is NATPER in order to get the NPN conference rate. You cannot get the discount if you make reservations online!

When do I need to reserve my room?
The deadline for room reservations is May 1st. You should reserve your room immediately! You are responsible for making your own room reservation.
SPECIAL ARTIST HOUSING
In addition to the Hilton Garden Inn, 10 Artists will be staying at the Marriott City Center. This is located 6 blocks from the Convention Center. The Artists who are staying at the Marriott City Center will need a special code. Please email Ashley (ashleysparkles@yahoo.com) for that code.

TRAVEL PLANNING
You are responsible for making your own travel plans to attend NPAC. NPN will subsidize half of your round trip travel expenses not to exceed $250. Keep a copy of your transportation receipts (airfare, train, etc) to include with your reimbursement form. Here’s the NPN Partner reimbursement form and the Artist reimbursement form. These must be submitted by May 1st.
When should I arrive?
Be there by Wednesday afternoon at 2pm to participate in the opening session.
When can I leave?
In order to receive the subsidy you must commit to attending the full convention. Please book your flight for after 3:30pm on Saturday June 14th.
Will someone pick me up at the airport?
You are responsible for your own ground transportation in Denver.
ROOMMATES FOR NPAC
NPN will subsidize half the cost of a double room for 3 nights while you are at NPAC. This means if you have a roommate the room will be fully covered.
How do I go about getting a roommate?
We have listed all registered attendees under Attendee FAQ, if you see someone you would like to room with contact Ashley (ashleysparkles@yahoo.com) and she will give you their contact info.
What if I don’t know anyone on the list or don’t have a preference?
Let Ashley (ashleysparkles@yahoo.com) know you are interested in a roommate and she will help you get connected with someone.
What if I want a room of my own?
You will be responsible for the half the cost of a single room. NPN will subsidize half the cost of your room for 3 nights. All the other steps to receive the subsidy are the same.
