Registration to the Annual Meeting is designed to be as user-friendly as possible:
- You will be able to return later to finish filling out pages
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation
- More than 1 attendee may register from 1 computer
Deadlines:
EXTENDED DEADLINE: Completed registrations must be submitted by Wednesday October 24th. To receive the NPN rate at the hotel, reservations must be called in by Wednesday October 24th.
Visual Artist Network (VAN) Artists - registration deadline is October 24: register as “ARTIST”. If you need assistance please contact Alec DeLeon at 501-717-5257 or alec@npnweb.org.
Visual Artist Network Presenters - if you are an NPN Partner register as a “PARTNER”. If you are not an NPN Partner, please register as a “COLLEAGUE”.
Artists who have received an NPN subsidy over the past 3 years are invited to attend on a first-come, first-served basis. To maximize our resources, this invitation is limited to one person per company. These Artists have the registration fee waived. Spots for invited national artists are filled; however, these artists should continue to register, for now, if they wish to be on a waiting list. (Spots are still open for invited Louisiana Artists.)
Colleagues may register for $275, and will receive an invoice from NPN after their online registration has been processed. Colleagues who are Creation Fund Commissioners or Visual Artist Network Presenters will have their registration fee waived.
Partners: One representative per Partner organization will have the registration fee waived. Additional representatives will be invoiced for a fee of $150 after the online registrations have been processed.
