The 23rd Annual Meeting will be held at the Loews New Orleans Hotel, just a few blocks outside of the French Quarter. Single or double rooms at the Loews are available for the NPN conference rate of $109 plus tax (total per room is about $124). Call 866/211-6411, Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm central time to make reservations, and say that you are part of the "National Performance Network block." Reservations must be made by October 15. Please do not make your reservations online.
Artists and Partners: Each Artist (registered on a first-come, first-served basis) and one representative per Partner organization is eligible to receive a $250 hotel stipend. You are responsible for making your own hotel arrangements. Click here to see an updated list of registered attendees, if you would like to double-up with another attendee.
Travel Stipends for Artists Only: NPN provides a per diem for meals beyond those provided at the Annual Meeting; NPN reimburses round trip travel costs up to $250; Travel stipends will only be provided upon receipt by NPN of hotel confirmation and travel receipts by October 15, 2007.
